Shipping policy
We carefully hand-pour each candle to order, and we appreciate your patience as we craft and package your glow.
🕯️ Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.
🚚 Shipping Time:
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your region.
📬 Tracking Info:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it within 10 days, please reach out to us.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we’re happy to assist you with filing a claim or resolving the issue where possible.
📍 Shipping Areas:
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned — we’re working on international shipping soon!
