Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lush & Lit Candle Co. We take pride in hand-pouring each candle with care and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit. 

Refunds are only processed for 

• Orders cancelled before shipping. 
• items that arrive broken or unusable 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at Lushcandle@lushandlitcandle.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
